Wanted to charge me for not even giving me a room

Didn’t initially want to give my refund until an investigation was done x2 times ( first time they got away with it and the second took me about an hour to solve and see to ) . I got my refund only afterwards .

Location good for where I was working. Staff friendly and helpful. Basic amenities poorly lacking, no dustbin in the room or kitchen, not enough cutlery and utensils to go around

This was a last-minute booking. I was happy there was a room available. The host was very accommodating and pleasant. Check-in was super quick and easy. The bed was so comfortable, and the room was sparkling clean, and I am extremely picky when it comes to cleanliness! It was a safe and quiet neighborhood.

Needs a soap holder in the shower

Our stay was good overall, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. The accommodation was clean and neat, with fresh-smelling bedding, but had a somewhat clinical feel. With a few small improvements, such as enhanced cleaning, decorative touches, and added amenities, it could become an even more welcoming and inviting space.

There are opportunities for small improvements, including: - Enhanced cleaning, such as wiping down the inside of bathroom doors and wiping down the walls for a refreshed look - Repainting bathroom doors and adding door handles to reduce hand contact - Upgrading or adding comfortable chairs in the rooms - Hanging the price frame - Adding decorative touches, such as flowers, pot plants, modern wall units, or wall art (including on the staircase) - Deep cleaning the showers to ensure a more thorough sanitization - Adding area fresheners - Installing a soap holder in the shower - Installing wall-mounted holders for hand soap, shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste - Providing 2 bath sheet towels and 1 small towel per person, especially for couples - Considering adding a small coffee station with essentials like a kettle, coffee, sugar, and milk - Considering adding bed lamps - Offering free Wi-Fi - Installing additional plug points, ensuring each bedside table has a convenient power outlet - Adding window blinds to provide privacy while still allowing natural light These small improvements could help create a more welcoming and inviting atmosphere.
