Although we never utilized amenities like walking around in the area or the wifi, my wife and I were newly weds and required a night away from home, the check in process was smooth despite my irritation with the host asking too many questions, he flipped the coin and gave us a better suite than we paid for and rendered me a happy client. That's what customer service is about.
