Der Ausblick ist schön und die Lage sehr gut

Leider gab es da einiges. Ich habe nicht allzu viel erwartet und dies hier war nur ein Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht. Es ist im 5. Stock, ein Aufzug steht zur Verfügung. Diesen meiner Meinung nach bestenfalls nicht nutzen. Überhaupt nicht zuverlässig, klein und wackelig. Es gibt nur ein Gemeinschaftsbad in welchem es stark nach Zigarette stinkt und ein großer Feuchtigkeitsfleck in der Ecke ist. Die Betten waren leider nicht wirklich sauber und gerade am Kopfteil haarig. Eine Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist nicht möglich (spricht kein Englisch und kennt scheinbar auch kein Google Übersetzer. Bei Fragen nicht ansprechbar oder erreichbar.) und die Unterkunft ist sehr schwer zu finden (grünes Tor) Ich würde diese Unterkunft nicht weiter empfehlen, für eine Nacht war es jedoch in Ordnung, gerade durch die Lage :)

La proximité du centre ville

The location is great.

- We didn't have any curtains in front of the big window, when notifying the host we got no reply. Eventually we "fixed" it by hanging the extra blanket in front of the window. - Bathroom is shared which isn't a big deal but everything creaks so it's hard to stay quiet for the other guests. Bathroom is also full of mold (walls, cabinets)

The bathroom is shared with the other guests that are staying in other rooms, which was not explicitly indicated in the description. It is not a whole apartment, it is just a room in an apartment with 4 rooms, where other guests are staying.

The room is well located and clean. The bathroom is spacious. Wifi works well. Towels were clean.

There is not a fan, which is something reasonable to have for a room in summer. The elevator fails frequently, We were able to use it just 2 times, other times we used stairs. Staff does not speak English. The bed is noisy.

The location was easy to get to, the instructions were simple, and the host was nice and responsive. The apartment is a historic one with hand painted ceiling, mosaic on the floor and a quaint vibe. It was enough for us to sleep for one night in between locations. It was clean and in the middle of the city life.

It needs a bit of TLC. A change of bed covers and a bit of rearranging would change the experience.
