Travel Information: Driving towards Chesterton along Green Lane, the hotel driveway is the next left after the buildings marked WIG. When booking for 6 people or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Spa treatments must be pre-booked in advance prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. The property cannot guarantee availability without booking in advance. There are specific pool times for children's swimming. Gray's Restaurant is open from Wednesday to Saturday 6.30pm - 9pm (last sitting 8.30pm). It is essential that all guests pre-book their table at the restaurant prior to arrival as spaces are limited. The restaurant is closed on New Year's Eve for an event. Tickets are available in advance. Please contact the property for more information.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Beautiful hotel, lovely rooms!"

Beautiful grounds, lovely rooms, nice bar and restaurant and really great staff. I only stayed one night but would love to stay longer and enjoy the spa next time.

"I feel my money could of been better spent elswhere"

Very little

Bed too small & Too soft it gave me back ache after 1 night. It was a disabled room built for 1 person with a tiny sink/basin at my knee height, meaning I had to kneel down to do something as simple as was my face. The staff were unable to change the room and blamed the booking on the fact we'd booked through Booking.com. The room

Location was good , lovely open spaces , friendly staff make you feel welcome and there is a nice relaxed feeling within

Restaurant choices and prices weren’t great, staff at reception weren’t able to do some basic bits and would just say “ oh I don’t know “ or “ I don’t work on reception” making processes painful and delayed , several things were out of order in the spa and cups were left out in the spa for two days . Our room was a bit dated and the bathroom wasn’t to standard in cleanliness

The Spa was very spacious with plenty of room in the Jacuzzi, Sauna and steam rooms.

Couldn't use the spa facilities until after booking in at 3.00pm.

Views from the hotel was lovely Good location

-Jacuzzi wasn’t working -Hydro pool wasn’t working -Two power cuts when in the spa -Room very dated -Mould around the bath -Breakfast wasn’t that nice.
