Travel Information: Driving towards Chesterton along Green Lane, the hotel driveway is the next left after the buildings marked WIG. When booking for 6 people or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Spa treatments must be pre-booked in advance prior to arrival to avoid disappointment. The property cannot guarantee availability without booking in advance. There are specific pool times for children's swimming. Gray's Restaurant is open from Wednesday to Saturday 6.30pm - 9pm (last sitting 8.30pm). It is essential that all guests pre-book their table at the restaurant prior to arrival as spaces are limited. The restaurant is closed on New Year's Eve for an event. Tickets are available in advance. Please contact the property for more information.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. "Ive stayed a few times but the breakfast really let it down this time so would look for alternatives next time."

Location to Bicester village and spa

No food at breakfast. Waiting 30 mins and i was able to get 1 sausage, 1 fried egg and beans. They made no effort to bring out food despite us clearly waiting. Spa nice to have but the sauna benches were falling apart.
