AUThe location was good
At our stay we found one of the bedroom door hanging off its hinges, the couch was unclean. We found the wallpaper and window frames were chipped and peeling with spider webs along the ceiling. Overall an unkept property.

The water drained slowly in the kitchen sink and bathroom. There was also a leak underneath the kitchen sink.

The building was in very poor repair floor was wobbly and shook when you bounced up and down exterior run down
JPGreat view and the garden benches was a big plus, we just sat there with wine and snacks.
The shower drain seems to take a long time to drain so had to wait a bit before the next one can shower.
NZLock box was difficult to operate. Had it been dark, cold, wet when we checked in, it would have been a nightmare.

the portion wall to the next room was very thin.could hear conversation of next door neighbors. was asked to wash dishes but no facility to do so .
