JPGreat view and the garden benches was a big plus, we just sat there with wine and snacks.
The shower drain seems to take a long time to drain so had to wait a bit before the next one can shower.
NZLock box was difficult to operate. Had it been dark, cold, wet when we checked in, it would have been a nightmare.

AUThe location is excellent. The cottage was easy to access, comfortable & reasonably clean.
High traffic areas appeared clean but noticed considerable dust on skirting boards etc. Bathroom, towels and linen all very clean.

the portion wall to the next room was very thin.could hear conversation of next door neighbors. was asked to wash dishes but no facility to do so .

JPNZThis was an ensuite room in a very large old house (all rooms had separate entrances and are not connecting). The lake is directly across the road and the views from the front of the property are amazing. Easy access down to the lake and just a short walk to the Church of the Good Shepherd. Comfortable bed.
Room was quite dark with antique furniture (though it is in keeping with the age of the house). Small kitchen area - not really suitable to prepare a meal. Only sink is in the bathroom.
GBBest of all was the lake front location, with beautiful views of the mountains. Nice to have a bath too!
The accommodation was not very spacious, but the main drawback was the lack of soundproofing between our section and the other units. Also the decor and furnishings are in need of an update.
