The location was great - you could dive into water right after getting downstairs. The kitchen was better equipped than most kitchens in most homes. The beach suitable for toddlers is ca 5-10 minutes walk away, as well as several restaurants and shops. It was great watching the sunset from the jacuzzi and having breakfast on the balcony. Very nice and quiet neighbourhood

It would have been great to have housecleaning every 1-2 days or breakfast option

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa aqua Cabana, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The villa's prime location on the first line offers stunning sea views right from your window, making every morning a joy. The beach is just a few steps away, directly under your balcony, so there's no need for a long walk to enjoy the sun and sea. One of the highlights for us was the beautiful garden. It was the perfect spot to chill, play, or have dinner under the stars. Staying on the ground floor was incredibly convenient, and the villa itself had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen, though small, was perfectly adequate for cooking our meals, and the cozy living areas made us feel right at home. The beach area also boasts convenient amenities, including a shower to rinse off salty water and plenty of sunbathing beds and umbrellas for lounging in comfort . AND ITS A PRIVATE BEACH, so no strangers will come to your spot! There is also easy access to the water, either by stairs or by jumping from a pier, catering to everyone's preference. A special mention goes to the host, who was always just a phone call away if we needed anything. Very friendly and easy-going, they made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Villa Aqua Cabana truly provides a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and stunning natural beauty. We can't wait to return!

While everything was nearly perfect, we do have a few recommendations. It would be great to have a renewed set of plates and cups/glasses for the kitchen. Additionally, we occasionally had trouble with the cooking plate, as the gas would turn off by itself.

Aqua Cabana 1 offers a stunning view from its expansive terrace and has direct access to the sea. The apartment is beautifully clean and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the two bathrooms, each with a hair dryer, and the convenience of the washing machine. The hosts were incredibly helpful and prompt in addressing any questions or needs. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and we had an exceptionally positive experience.

It was amazing! The apartment ist new, super clean, very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer) and the interior is done very tastefully. One can see immediately that the host put a lot of effort and love into this apartment. Bozena, the host is a very lovely woman, who speaks perfect English. Her recommendations for restaurants were great and we enjoyed some amazing dinners. The terrace of the apartment, which is very well-thought-out has a stunning view over the sea. We will come back for sure!

Perfect apartment for a family vacation. Private Jacuzzi with an exceptional view. Quiet and relaxing. All facilities were well equipped. We had everything we needed.

Very quiet and peaceful place. Beautiful view and sunsets from the apartment. In the apartment you can find everything necessary for a long, comfortable rest. Unforgettable walks on the sandy and rocky beaches towards both the city and the marina. Close to zadar center with 10-15 € with uber, same to airport. The hostess (Mrs. Bozena) was very nice and responsive to all questions.

Staying at this accommodation was an absolute delight! The location was fantastic, and the accommodation itself exceeded our expectations. The owner was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Despite arriving late on a Saturday night, she and her husband took the time to research where we could shop on Sunday since most stores were closed. Overall, everything was superb, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience.

Both the apartment and the view are breathtaking and luxurious! Quiet place. Beautiful huge terrace where we spent most of our time. It was a great location for us. The private hot tub at the terrace was a bonus. Enough of towels available. We spent there one week in February and the heating worked perfectly. We just fell in love with this place :)
