Large modern apartment with a sea view, spacious rooms, beautiful kitchen, lovely bedroom, large terrace with a whirpool, simply a perfect space for a family. Available a short distance from Zadar and Sukosan. Very helpful and kind owner.

I liked the fact that the apartment is located in a relatively quiet location.

I have no complaints, maybe the fact that they have an old coffee machine in the apartment and the front beach is rocky may be a problem for some people.

The apartment is nicely designed, clean and well equipped. The kitchen allows you to make a full dish if you wish 😃 The view from the BIG terrace couldn’t be better, blue sky and sea. And the private amazing Hot Tub! Nothing better than relaxing in hot water after a long day of walking, with the sound of waves! There is a private concrete entrance to the water, where you can relax without the crowd. It’s harder to find a good restaurant around off-season, but wont be a problem in season, with nice places with seafood near the beach. There are smaller shops around and big supermarket Spar. Contact with Bozena (the host) was via whatsupp, fast and informative. The area is nice and calm, the experience here was MUCH better than staying in crowded Zadar. Few days spent in Bininje made us relaxed and really content! Highly recomend the place as well as the amazing host!
