Es war alles sehr sauber, Gastgeberin war wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr lecker, typisch italienisch. ❤️ Jede Empfehlung von uns.

Very good location, close to all attractions in Como. The room is perfectly clean, the bed is confortable and everything is really practical. The parking spot is just the next door so very practical as well. Very good and fast communication. Breakfast is generous and tasty. I highly recommend.

Pretty difficult to find a parking spot if you don't book the paid parking.

Difficile dire cosa non ci è piaciuto, era tutto perfetto, sicuramente la cordialità con la quale la gentilissima signora ci ha accolti, simpatica e sempre solare, ci aveva dato fin da subito le indicazioni per fare in modo che il nostro soggiorno fosse piacevole. La stanza "Oleandra" molto ben arredata, ha tutto il necessario: asciugamani, sapone, tv, bollitore per il the, tutto ben arredato e soprattutto perfettamente pulito. Il menù colazione aveva una vasta scelta ed era preparato con cura ogni mattina. Due chicche il riscaldamento a pavimento e la doccia doppia, WOW. torneremo sicuramente e la consiglio a tutte le coppie che amano i B&B. Punto forte la vicinanza al centro e ai vari servizi di trasporto per raggiungere anche le altre mete che il Lago ha da offrire

The room was excellent both in terms of amenities, such as a large and comfortable bed, large and modern bathroom, and in terms of cleanness. We stayed in winter, and the temperature was perfectly correct, and the floor heated. I must thank Marianna for offering a perfect Italian breakfast: a variety of croissants at choice, coffee, little sweet cakes, freshly pressed orange juice, toasts with honey and jam. Also, Marianna sent us her recommendations for places to visit, restaurants and cafés in Como and the region, which is kind and I am grateful for it.

Update after I was texted by Marianna asking for explanations over the few negative parts of my review. Marianna should improve the way she communicates with the guests. Her messages sound rude and impolite. There is a long list of rules, and Marianna kept reminding of them many times. I don't think it's necessary.
