Avida Riala 1BR unit- IT Park Cebu with NETFLIX WiFi

it was clean and very comfortable to stay

it doesn’t have a hairdryer.. which is very important but everything aside from it was superb

We were very happy with the accommodation. It's accessible to everywhere. The room is very neat and organized, and very aesthetic which added a comforting vibe. We were just talking to bookmark the property for our future travels and we are definitely recommending this to our families and friends. We' d love to stay there again. Good room

We absolutely loved our stay. The place was super clean, cozy, and really comfortable, exactly what we were hoping for. The owner was responsive and accommodating, which made everything so easy and stress-free. Would definitely stay here again.

The host was very efficient with communication from the time I confirmed the booking. He had been delightful and welcoming in his communication with me. The Condo unit was immaculate and aesthetically decorated. The separate bedroom makes the unit more homely. The washing machine was an added advantage. The Wi-Fi provided is very fast, and I enjoyed watching Netflix movies. Very convenient place. Walking distance to the Ayala Central Block Mall. Taxis are freely available just outside the complex. I have no hesitation in recommending the Unit. Surely I will choose the same if I come back again to visit Cebu. Thanks, Mike & Jo

Maybe the location. I mean the location is okay since it's within IT Park and the area is very peaceful and quiet. But you do need to walk a few to get into the actual center of the it park. But this is just me since I don't really like walking that much hehe~ if you're someone who is okay with walking, then location is not a problem :>
