Avida Riala 1BR unit- IT Park Cebu with NETFLIX WiFi

Owners and manager are very responsive to our requests. Will definitely recommend to friends and family planning to go to Cebu. Checking in and out was smooth. Location is a plus because it's near a lot of establishments.

It's the location that I liked the most—located right in Cebu IT Park, close to many restaurants, cafes, and bars. There is also a mall nearby, and if you plan to explore the city, there is a nearby public transport terminal that will take you to places in Cebu.

Though it's not that important for me since most of the day we are out with my family, it could have been better if the internet had been working during our stay.

My family and I stayed at the place for 5 days. The room was cozy. It was a perfect place to relax at the end of the night after a long day. The place was clean and the facilities were complete. There's a kitchen where you can cook your own food if you don't want to eat out or if you're on a budget. The location was perfect because it was just a few minutes away from the mall and bus terminal. The host was also accommodating. Even though we broke a glass they didn't let us pay for it. Overall, our stay was exceptional. It was indeed a good value for our money. Highly recommended!!!

We liked everything in this place. We were five aling with my cousins. It was their first time to visit Cebu and they planned of staying in this place again when they swing by. Thank you so much!
