VNWe spent a very pleasant short stay at JM Hội An Beach Hotel as a family from Đắk Lắk (my wife, our daughter and I). At the beginning there was a problem with our booking.com reservation, but it was solved quickly, easily and very friendly. As a "colleague", I was particularly curious to see whether the description on booking.com corresponds to reality – and was not disappointed. Although the hotel is located on a busy road, there is virtually nothing to be heard of in the rooms. The entire house looks bright, modern and inviting. Pool, gym and other facilities offer additional opportunities for recreation. The rooms are spacious, very clean and equipped with comfortable beds. However, we would like to highlight the employees in particular: always friendly, competent and helpful. It's just nice to return to the hotel after a trip and be greeted with a smile. A big thank you to the reception team! I would have a small suggestion for improvement at breakfast. The selection was almost identical every day during our stay and could have been a little more varied. In particular, we would have liked fish or other seafood from time to time. Conclusion: A very pleasant hotel with excellent service. We would be happy to recommend the JM and will be happy to stay here again on our next trip from Buôn Ma Thuột. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tôi đặt phòng Double thì lại nhận được phòng Twin. Lúc 12h đêm, phòng của tôi vì một lý do nào đó bị cắt điện (có thể là chập mạch hoặc cháy cầu chì) và chỉ duy nhất phòng của tôi bị. Thời tiết rất nóng, cả gia đình tôi đã không thể ngủ nhưng rất may là đội kỹ thuật đã hoàn tất sửa chữa trong đêm.

Stayed for 3 nights, room was not cleaned once due to slow cleaning during day, but towels and toilet roll were left outside, the actual hotel itself was a bit hot because of fans running no ac was used, ate the food in the hotel and it was a big mistake, the portions were diabolically small especially for the price and the pizza I got had to be sent back to be aware of the restaurant

DEDas Personal war sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Shuttle nach Hoi An war top. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, hatte auch Auswahl. Mit dem neuen Preis war das Preisleistungsverhältnis gut. Kleiner Lebensmiitelmarkt in der Nähe. Fahrräder werden kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Strand ist etwas weit weg.
