AUThe amazing staff are a pleasure to deal with and make you feel at home right away. Great location within a 5-minute walk to the beach, local spas and restaurants, and a convenience mart about 50m down the street. The pool area is small but clean and there are generally enough sun loungers to go around. The only drawback for us was that the mini fridges in the rooms don't cool drinks at all but we got around this by buying drinks cold from the lobby fridge and asking for an ice bucket to take up to the room at the end of each day. It was our third visit to the JM and we'll be back.

USThe staff was incredible, especially Wendy, Libby and Moon at the front desk. Wendy went above and beyond to help me sort something out. Thank you! The pool area, green space, hammock and food was great with a large breakfast spread. Loved being able to walk to the beach and have bike usage. Thank you to the food and beverage team, cleaning staff and spa team! The room was very clean and had a good size balcony, in a quiet area. Thank you for a lovely stay.

CHThis was my second time staying here and I will definitely come back in the future. Every single staff member is just so friendly. The front staff, especially Daisy are super helpful and are happy to call a taxi or give recommendations for food, activities, tailors etc. The staff at the hotel is also very friendly. The food is delicious, rooms are spacious with balconies, there’s a few nice restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walk.

CAFriendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, appetizer crispy shrimp was very good, burgers delicious, the pool area was clean and the pool was clear and warm. Easy access to the lobby. Overall we had a great time.

FRL’hotel est très agréable, la piscine dans un cadre vert et reposant. Le personnel est adorable et serviable, les vélos sont prêtés. La chambre est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bon et complet. L’emplacement pas loin de la plage est agréable et plus au calme que le centre de hoi an. On peut se rendre dans le centre en quelques minutes en grab. On est également pas loin des rizières pour faire de jolies balades à vélo.
Il y a peu d’activités/restaurants à proximité immédiate de l’hôtel, il faut compter une dizaine de mns de marche jusqu’à la plage, il vaut mieux prendre un grab scooter ou vélo pour rejoindre le centre de an bang beach qui est plus animé (20 mns à pieds). Mais le cadre reste très agréable et reposant.
