Great location with amazing sunset views from flat 4 on the top floor. The stairs are tight but manageable with a recovering broken leg and a heavy suitcase.

"Good for an overnighter but wouldn’t choose to stay again."

Location had easy access, supermarket walking distance, plenty of space for two people.

The shower recess was in need of a very good clean - the mould was extensive, ventilation poor and made me nervous. Facilities were supplied to gain ratings, we felt the hospitality was lacking with the provision of pretty average towels; not a feeling of “welcome we hope you will be comfortable” as we normally enjoy. The cooktop had no instructions, there was a safety lock on it - took some time to work out it wasn’t broken. The parking charges appeared a bit of a lurk too.

Fantastic accommodation. Rented the top room for 2 nights. Very clean comfortable and peaceful room. Great communication from the owner. Easy check in. Very well equipped. Chocolate muffins in the room was very nice. Lovely area of Exeter. Short walking distance to the centre. Wouldn't hesitate to return to this accommodation.
