Room: Dirty, unassuming, the walls are dirty/molded everywhere, Bed size is about 140x180, unusable for 2 people, uncomfortable. Floor is dirty (dust/hair etc.) Bathroom: no soap, no toilet paper, 2 large towels, 2 small ones, (2 for bathing, 2 for hair) “What to do with after washing your hands?! Air conditioning: In the room, it was unable to cool down the space in 7 hours… 16 Celsius at the highest setting. You were constantly sweating in the room. There is no air conditioning down at the reception level, the temperature is the same as outside on the street, which is catastrophic. Staff: They communicate a little in English during the day, but after 6pm they can only use Google Translate or a few words. Entrance: there are about 15/20 steps, there is no staff to help you carry your suitcases up/down. But the biggest problem is that there are 2-3 cars parked at the bottom of the stairs, it is difficult to approach on foot, but almost impossible with suitcases.

Location is next to the hospital as needed for me. Price was also ok

I will leave a truthful review with my experience. I booked a family room (45m2, with living room, kitchen and 2 double beds) for my family of 2 adults and 2 children (9 and 11 years old). I booked this room 5 days before the arrival date. Early in the morning of June 20, I checked in early and because it was not yet time to check in, I booked another room for my family to rest. At 10:30 am on June 20, the hotel receptionist said that the room I had booked earlier was already occupied by another guest. The hotel manager, without any direct explanation or apology, only gave me 2 options through the receptionist: Stay in another smaller room (30m2, 1 double bed and 1 single bed for 4 people), which will be discounted. Or I will have to get out of the hotel. The hotel manager, not giving me any choice because it was the peak weekend of Da Nang fireworks festival, could not find any other hotel. Although I left my phone number, the manager did not contact me and give me an apology or explanation for their mistake during the 3 days I stayed at the hotel. The room I originally booked was 1,270,000 VND/night, the room they arranged for me later was 1,000,000 VND/night, but it was smaller and lower class, is that a discount? It was the right price. They also told me to cancel my booking on booking.com so they do not have to pay commission to partners. Dishonest business. I am really sad that the hotel owner can hire a manager with poor ability and disrespect for customers. The manager's bad attitude makes me not want to come back here again.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable. The hotel is in an area with loads of restaurants and walking distance to several attractions.

Nice room, large, balcony and large bathroom. Very comfortable bed, great tv. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Great service and always smiling! Cross the street, go to Login cafe and wander the back streets with your coffee, lovely!

Maybe cleaning around bathroom sink a little, but not a big problem
