"Pleasant experience"

The hotel is new and beautiful. So, can’t get wrong about that. Everything is clean and immaculate. Stuff members are polite and willing to help.

I had some issues with maid service. They cleaned at their own pace and ignored the requests

"Loved the sea. The hotel and staff is poor."

Nothing.

*Not clean (dining tables, rooms, etc) I developed a stomach bug! *Staff were rude and not helpful. * The room I booked was not full sea view and noisy *Not worth been a 5* hotel * Had weird food opening times and no room service. *Steam never worked *The beach chairs were not managed properly and again not clean. *Not enough fruit or real juice.
