Alarcha Hotels & Resort - All Inclusive

There was a good variety of food and the facilities were clean

The staff was often rude and not accommodating, we were a fairly big group of people and when we would order more than 2-3 drinks in one go the staff would clearly show that they are annoyed and make faces. We also had 3 birthdays while we stayed there, when we asked to have a simple cake for one of the celebrations, we were told that it will cost 200 eur and in the end they outright refused to do it because they said the hotel is at full capacity.

Overall it was a great stay and experience I highly recommend the hotel, friendly staff and very accommodating. Buse you are great, thanks.
