Ala Moana Hotel 31st floor

Location and connected to the mall. Valet parking team was awesome. Car was ready during my early days to be with ohana and to attend a Military Interment at Punchbowl.

This weekend of over crowded due to the AniCon. Elevators were lined up. Coming down it stopped at nearly every floor. Bad timing. Plus the escalator was out of service.

Privately managed room でアラモアナホテルとは別に管理されている部屋です。31階の部屋が工事が入るとのことで、34階の同タイプの部屋のリビューです。 2ヶ月前に同じホテルのホテル管理の部屋に比較して、バスルームなどがきちんとメンテナンスされていました。 お皿やシリアルボウル、カトラリーが備えつけてあり(ホテル管理の部屋にはなかった！)アラモアナセンターのフードコートやスーパーの食品をいただくのに、とても重宝しました。食器洗い洗剤やスポンジ、クッキングペーパーも常備されていて、助かりました。

無料キャンセル期間後(到着の3日ほど前)に、Booking.comで支払った料金とは別に、以下の料金がかかると連絡がありました。 *Please note: As a privately managed room, there is a one time $50.00 check-in fee and $30.00 daily resort fee+tax required and paid at the front desk during check-in. Tax(17.962%) is added to each fee. 8泊したので、$342.10を追加で支払いました。滞在そのものは快適だったので、最初の予約画面に表示しておいてくれたら、嫌な気持ちにならないのにと、残念に思いました。 Booking.comで提示された料金はホテル管理の部屋より低料金だったのですが、追加費用を足すと、ほぼ同じ金額でした。 また、8泊の間、ルームクリーニングは一度も入りません。部屋に掃除機やゴミ袋があるので、自分でする分には問題ありませんが…

We loved this hotel room and the hotel itself was amazing. Great location and super close to Ala Moana beach which is perfect for swimming, snorkeling, tanning.

Location was very convenient and amenities were nice

Only very minor details but could have used a little more soap for our week-long stay. Also, the shower was a little bit finicky, but overall there were no major problems
