Mere Sea View Penida

The view from the hotel was great with great pool. It was a nice location for a getaway.

Lack of information on booking about what around the area was a bit misleading. Every other food place was all around 30 mins away by taxi. The food at the hotel itself was not great. Breakfast was not upto the mark and was usually cold.

The property itself and the grounds are very nice. The view from the room is great. The staff are very nice and try their best to help.

The location is very remote. There are no shops or restaurants around at all. I appreciate there isn’t much the hotel can do about this, but the hotel were insistent we booked any taxis through them (no grab available), and quoted us 120k taxi fee for a 5 minute car journey to the main stretch of road. It felt as though they were profiteering from their remote location rather than helping by offering a free shuttle to the main area. The food was questionable at best, the chicken breast I had was raw in the middle. In addition to this, there is no restaurant so food is served on your terrace, which is nice, but the plates are not collected for up to a day, which exacerbates the ant problem. The remote location coupled with the not so great food made it feel a little bit claustrophobic at times.

Incredible views, lovely charming staff, beautiful pool and decoration, super clean. Very nice breakfast.amazing massagges. So quiet and relaxing spot. Would definitely come back.

Be mindful that is a bit distant from coast and you will need taxi or scooter to go to restaurants or beach. But that makes it peaceful as well.

The hotel staff is good. Although it is a new hotel and we are the only one in the hotel. Staff is also accordingly less. The view from hotel room is good. The room is neat and clean.

The hotel is a little far and not very easy to reach there. So late at night, you can't move around. And nothing is in the neighbourhood to roam around. You have to book a taxi which is a bit expensive as no other mode of transport is there. No grab facility. But the hotel staff help you to book a taxi from local vendors.

It is amazing stay, Kadek was very helpful to us and we could always count on him. Amazing view from the window and a very large balcony is another advantage. A wonderful place and we would love to come back here.

Pretty new accomodation

- Really far for everything, and hard to arrive, which makes more expensive the transfers - The maintenance is not good, although it's new build got leaking of water in the bathroom in 2 differents point -we didn't have room service for 2 days just the last one -The recepcionst (man) who was in touch with me, was kinda dodgy, over price activities or to rent a motorcycle. Not nice. - noise comes from the fridge bad located (in the head of the bed - TV channels (all them) in Indonesia language, I mean you receive from many differents places, please get something more cool. It wasn't even smart TV .

The view is amazing, staff are extremely friendly and really helpful, they go beyond to ensure everything meets your needs.
