The staff at hotel was really helpful, food was really nice, cleans rooms, the swimming pool was really nice with sea and mountain agung view. Will be back to see you all.

The hotel's staff always treat with respect. Hotel is well clean and tidy. The lnternet service well provided. As well as the lounge area is well ordered. The room size is moderate and has good view to adjacent areas.

Slow internet no water bottle

We stayed one night ar Mere Sea View Resort & Spa. It’s great, quiet place with beautiful views and pool. There are no cafes or shops near by, but we were advised about it by the hotel even prior to our stay. Room service is available so you don’t have to worry about the food if you don’t feel like going to the town. Staff at the reception spoke English and was very responsive to all of our questions/request. We loved pretty much everything about our short stay there and would definitely come back.

If we stayed longer, we would prefer to have some kind of closet/wardrobe for our clothes and power sockets close to the bed, but those are really minors.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel.

When we arrived, we first checked out the view from the balcony which was just breathtaking. The surroundings of the hotel are covered in lush green nature. It is always so quiet, which makes it perfect to relax and recover from the busy city life. You can oversee the island and even see the ocean from the pool area. The location and view are just stunning! Also, the rooms have a beautiful interior design and are very comfortable

I stayed here for one day I like the property very much calm and quiet atmosphere, nice ocean view from the room, enjoy a golden sunset from rooftop restaurant. The hotel is located a bit far from the city but I loved being surrounded by nature

Navigating to the hotel with four people on two scooters was perilous, given its location in the hills with a highly uneven road. The actual state of the hotel significantly deviated from the photos, and the surroundings were marred by trash, with the added unpleasantness of a foul odor emanating from the bathroom. When we approached the host to discuss canceling our reservation, he assured us, after speaking with the manager on the phone, that as long as we contacted Booking.com, they would refund the charges. Following his guidance, we promptly reached out to Booking.com, canceled the reservation and secured an alternative hotel. However, I later received an email from Booking.com, revealing that the hotel had rejected the cancellation. They deceived us and led us to believe that they would refund the charges. Our disappointment with this experience is profound, and we strongly discourage anyone from considering this hotel.
