Mere Sea View Penida

The view from suite room is amazing ,its exactly what they have shown in image...the sea view and mountain view. The staff is very gracious. This place mere sea view resort is worth a stay for couples if you love nature .

Please please don’t stay here guys. We are a group of 6 25 year old girls who have travelled and seen some places and this is one of our most disappointing! The suite rooms that we were “upgraded” to (this upgrade was as a result of one of the rooms we booked being under construction and the other being dirty) had a rotten egg stench throughout our stay. The pool area is nice enough but covered in ants, they need to sort this. Breakfast is questionable to say the least, stay away from the instant coffee unless you have a serious sweet tooth. There is a step into the suite rooms (image attached) that I either tripped on or stubbed my toe on every single time I entered my room. The bathroom facilities are falling apart, our toilet ran water constantly and the shower was a dribble. We alerted the staff to this and they quick fixed it only for it to happen again an hour or so later. Being in the suites near reception is not the luxury we anticipated. There is an unexplained banging upstairs at 7am every morning as well as the noise and voices of reception carrying throughout the hallway at early and late hours of the day. The location is not the best and on quite a hairy road so be aware of this before considering a stay. We explained all of this to management who were abrupt in their replies and quite rude. They offered us complimentary massages which we didn’t have the time to take which was their idea of compensation… This place really does have potential if it undergoes improvements and a change of tone from management!

Quiet place with a nice view. The room was clean and the staff verry friendly.

Staff is good. Food is also good. The mode of payment is throught card. Overall it is good

More lights in the passage toward the resort

The room was spacious. The view was beautiful. Swimming pool was nice and clean. Onsite Spa was very convenient.

You have to either book taxis or have a scooter to explore anything on the island or go for lunch or dinner somewhere as the menu is very limited.

Room view is extraordinary Staff are very help full
