I liek the pool, and view. the staff was so friendly and helpful.

There was no fridge in the room and there was no warm water. Althought the staff tried to fix it twice, it worked for 10 seconds and then I had cold water only.

Unfortunately, it has too many cons and the service is lacking. We returned on the second night to find the master key hanging on the door. Anyone could have walked in! After the 2nd night the room was not made up. The restaurant menu is limited to Western cuisine so we ate takeaway and street food on the balcony since there are no restaurants or cafes in the area. I've stayed in budget accomodation but the price matches the expectation. This hotel, a max of 2.5 stars, is expensive for what is on offer. In summary, book for the views but leave disappointed. Water damaged walls, mini fridge not working, low water pressure making it very difficult to shower, dirty towels, used slippers, and a mouldy smell. The glass and doors are so thin so you could hear traffic on the road and noise from the reception area, not to mention the noise from the plumbing. The hotel pictures are deceptive. No nearby activities, unless you account for the rooster crowing. The hotel was very far from town, 20-30 min drive, and the taxi fare is about RP200,000/trip to RP300,0000/trip if booked from hotel. i.e account for this in the room price as we worked out that we could have gotten a nicer room closer to town for the same price considering transport costs. Note: hill is too steep for scooters and there are too many blind spots.

One thing to keep in mind for future guests is the distance to the beach (40 minutes). If they plan on exploring dining options outside the hotel, they may need transportation by a rented scooter or by taxi ($300k each way). I would also like to offer some constructive feedback. The linens and towels could be improved, as they had stains and holes. The last day I did not had water to shower. The coffee milk for breakfast was expired. Additionally, the bathroom lighting was a bit dim. Overall, my stay was ok, but these minor issues could be addressed to enhance the guest experience.

NOTHING. This is the WORST place I have EVER stayed in my life and the WORST treatment I have ever received from a hotel and its manager. The manager is NEGLIGENT, UNJUST, IRRESPONSIBLE and CRUEL - do NOT stay here because you are NOT IN SAFE HANDS at all and you will forever REGRET it and find yourself writing a review like mine - something I never thought I would do. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THESE GOOD REVIEWS!!! God knows how they got these reviews, probably got all their friends to write fake reviews, honestly TRUST ME it is NOT like what the reviews say. The ONLY good thing is the view and the in-house staff who were kind and tried to help us, but this is NOT enough to make up for anything else - do not be fooled by these very few perks that are why it has good reviews (we think the only reason it has good reviews must be because the in-house staff are nice so people probably feel too bad to write a bad review, but I am sure that many other people must have had bad experiences). With an awful manager you have no hope.

EVERYTHING. I have never left a bad review before but this hotel was just so awful that I feel a duty to write this and WARN YOU against staying here. I woke up on the second night to A RAT IN MY ROOM that ATE A HOLE IN MY BACKPACK. And THE MANAGER MADE US STAY IN THE RAT INFESTED ROOM WITHOUT EVEN CLEANING IT and WOULD NOT LET US LEAVE!!! They REFUSED TO GIVE US COMPENSATION OR REFUND US!!! SO WE COULDN’T EVEN MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! The manager blankly refused every single compensation request we asked for, even when we went as low as asking for a refund of just the night where the rat was in our room. They wouldn’t even give me compensation money to replace my bag that the rat broke!!! THE HOTEL DAMAGED MY PROPERTY AND REFUSED TO COMPENSATE ME! NEGLIGENCE! They even refused to pay for my LAUNDRY to clean the RAT CONTAMINATED CLOTHES from when the rat ran into my bag on my clothes!! Can you believe that?! They wouldn’t even give me five pounds to wash the clothes that they contaminated. Wow. Did you know that you can contract various diseases from a rat just from its saliva, fur, faeces or even from the AIR?! I told the manager this and they still did NOTHING. I am a medical student in London BTW. There was RAT FAECES IN THE BATHROOM. Seriously do NOT stay here if you want to have any security, trust or HUMAN DECENCY. They wouldn’t even refund the night the rat was in the room, or the nights afterwards that we were forced to stay in a rat infested room. We begged to leave the day after so we could move to another hotel but they wouldn’t refund us so we were forced to stay in a rat infested room. This should not even be allowed.

The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the view was nice. We stayed in a room with balcony facing the sea and view was amazing. They have a pool but we didn't have the time to try it out.

Location is very uphill and quite difficult to drive/ride to but the hotel does not provide any free pickup service from the port, some other hotels do. Hot water only lasts for like 5-10 minutes then gets cold in the middle of the shower and the water pressure is low so this was a big inconvenience during our stay. Breakfast is ok, its the same everyday, no variety. Despite all these, i feel like everything in the hotel is overpriced for the level of service/facilities that they provide, definitely not a 4 star max I'll give is a 3. Either improve your service and facilities or kindly reduce your prices to compensate for them.
