Rooms where clean and comfy

The kitchen had old juice and food in the fridge which i feel should be put in the bin before new guests arrive. The doors could do with being oiled as theu squeaked very bad

Rooms were well presented and nice, nice price and good communication from the host prior to arriving. Check in was nice and simple, hassle free.

Only issues we had was from around 6am we was woken up my loud chatter and a woman kept slamming the front door as she was coming in and out multiple times so sleep was very disruptive.

The host was very helpful.

Location was great when you figured how to work the tram system out

Good location, close to Manchester’s tram service. Good size rooms.

Front door lock was a bit tough to use (not overly complicated but took a few attempts to get it to work). Sharing access via the front door with the property next door was weird but not overly problematic.
