Location and layout of the house

The upstairs toilet was not working, and the aircon was not working in 2 bedrooms. The kitchen and bathrooms need renovation. There was no descent cutlery. Wooden planks on the balcony floor are unstable (safety hazards). There are no locks on any of the bathroom doors
