ZALocation was excellent. Just a walk from the beach. Close to shops and amenities.. Wifi was good and had DSTV package although not premium but at least it had DSTV.
The lady that was there was very rude and abruptly asked who asked us to check in yet we found the keys at the location specified. Then the cleaner just left everything and left. The property had no washing machine as specified and we had to take our clothes to the nearby hotel for washing. The frying pan was so bad as if it has been there for over 10 years. The pot was so small you could not even cook. It sleeps 6 people yet there were 4 mugs, 3 forks 3 spoons, no knifes for cutting vegetables and meat. I literally went and bought some knives for cutting meat and vegetables. I requested a broom and mop as the bottom had tiles and no mats anywhere and sand was just getting in and we could not sweep. I went and bought my own broom because I could not handle walking the lounge and kitchen because of the constant sand. The 2 bathrooms are so odd as downstairs is the lounge and kitchen but have a toilet and a shower downstairs. Upstairs have all thw bedrooms and had a bathroom with a tub and a telephone shower which when the kids had to bathe, water goes all over the bathroom. The lounge furniture seems it was bought in the 70's and was very uncomfortable. The lounge sliding door does not lock due to rusted locking mechanism. Wake up.to some really big cockroaches in the lounge/kitchen area.

The place needs a thorough clean, curtains need a wash, bathrooms needs some tlc. Kitchen needs more equipment like a tin opener, normal glasses ext. Sheet was torn on double bed. Carpets need a good vacuum. The place location was lovely but for the price it definitely needs some tlc to make it more inviting.
ZALocation is incredible, with a short walk straight onto the beach.
Some aspects of the unit are not modern, but the unit was still comfortable to stay in. The one bedroom light was not working.
ZAZAZAZAThe location was amazing… we could do the beach with the kids every day 🔆 The unit is spacious for a family. The art in the unit really makes the unit homely. I absolutely give 💯 to our host Belinda… always available with advice and assistance during the duration of our stay ♥️
There was an issue with plumbing in the downstairs bathroom… the wash sink was leaking. The one bedroom bulb 💡 light was not working. The couches in TV room can use some upholstery.
ZALocation and views great. Overall value for money. People nice. Responsiveness to queries.
Apartment cleanliness. Outside was dirty and smelly. Bathroom toilet not working properly. Mop not available. Security gate was not working - maintenance person did come over to fix, but lock needed replacement eventually.
