Очень понравилось проживание! Отличные хозяева, очень добрые и приятные люди ❤️ комната простая,но уютная! Хорошее расположение до моря и серф школы! Рядом есть все необходимое

Уютный номер , идеальное расположение напротив пляжа и в пешей доступности ко всем кафе, очень хорошие хозяева!

Только один минус: стройка вокруг, с утра очень шумно

SurfnLanka felt like a home to us in Sri Lanka. As a solo mum travelling with my 7 year old daughter, we started our Sri Lanka trip at SurfnLanka, and booked for 10 days. We ended up staying for over a month!! And will be back annually moving forward as I can not rate this place highly enough! Manju, his eldest son Roshie, his family (and the other guests - many of whom were families who had returned to SurfnLanka many times) made us feel so at home. As the original surf school in Weligama, SurfnLanka has a stunning position right on the beach in Weligama. As non-surfers from Australia (used to massive swells and sharks!), my goal was for my daughter and I to learn to surf! Our teachers from SurfnLanka were brilliant, and a special shout out to Aji - who supported me to overcome huge fears and get out into the line-up on a hard board! Aji is a highly skilled technical teacher, but more importantly, he had the ability to connect with each individual on a personal level and meet them where they were at each lesson, with no judgement, just care. This is a rare gift in a teacher. Thank you Aji, for gifting me the joy of surfing. Manju is currently completing renovations to the original accomodations and the new rooms and unfolding plans for a restaurant and rooftop space are absolutely stunning and insane value for money - like being in a luxxe villa! AC, breakfast, safety, location, proximity to restaurants, surf options... all 10/10! Thank you for everything Manju, Rohsie, Aji, Gana, Aunties and family, and see you soon SurfnLanka!!

Location was good. Most of the staff was friendly and spoke English.

The curtains in the room were see through, resulting in lack of privacy and waking early due to the sunlight. Also, there was a window/airvent in the bathroom that could not be closed resulting in mosquitos and a cockroach entering the room.

The property was neat and clean, and in a very handy location by the beach front.

Manju and his family have lived in Weligama their whole lives which made my stay feel very authentic. The rooms are recently finished and very comfortable. AC works well and the hot water shower after a day of surfing was great. Breakfast made by Manju’s family was a nice touch and I was able to buy a present for my friend back home from his daughter’s hand made clothes shop at the front. The surf lessons I had were amazing too. Surfing improved out of site and got to spend good time with the instructors in down time just chilling out and chatting. My lesson with Manju’s son was a highlight!
