Lage war wie gewünscht

Zu kleiner Kleiderschrank,Starker Zigarettenrauch über die Belüftung im Bad und Schlafraum Duschköpfe spritzen in alle Richtungen nur nicht da wo es nötig ist,Halter Toilettenpapier lose,Halter und WC Bürste waren in einem Ekelhaftem Zustand,Uns wurde eine falsche Adresse der Unterkunft angegeben wir suchten ca 2 Stunden in Parma das Apartement bis uns der Bezitzer auf Anfrage nach einer Entschuldigung die richtige Adresse gab
