Great location, relatively near to the train station. Exceptional huge bathroom w bath tub and sensor lighting Comfortable bed and good room size. Bed size was huge as well

As it is not a hotel, instructions to collect the key was a bit challenging. Lucky for me that the host was on site when I reached the building so I get to collect directly fr the host. Owner speaks limited English but there was no problem communicating. There is no lift in the building like most of the buildings in Italy. Be prepared to carry up ur luggage up the stairs.
