Stylish 'New York Loft' 2 Bed Apartment

The rooms it self was nice and warm. Water was hot to use. The internet was super fast.:)

I could not use the cooker and the laudry. The dishwasher never came on. And the shower door in the bedroom suite was hanging off. The skywindow middle of the night kept opening amd closing its self all the draft came insde the room. Didt aslep all night. The window in the living room was open all night had to come downstairs at 2am to close all the windows and the blinds were hanging out. :(

We had short notice that overnight the boiler in the booked appt had broke but we were switched to another appt. The communication from the staff was very polite and helpful.

The appt is over priced and we appreciate the cleaning may not have been up to scratch due to it having to be rushed ( with our change of appt) but to pay quite expensive prices for a bathroom with very obvious mould stains all along the bathroom wall and layers of dust on the chrome lamps and mirrors was not really impressive. The main problem is not the fault of the appt owners but the noise from the upstairs appt was considerable. Very loud banging and excessive nose overnight and upto 2am the morning which made things challenging. We appreciate the appt owners cannot do much to Control the behaviour of other residents.

It was clean . Only that we found hair on our mattress.

The lifts was broken when we came and we had to take our luggage’s up the flight of stairs . . Which was st the top floor . The apartment was too warm and not properly ventilated .

Central, close to train hub, the unit itself was well maintained. Only I would upgrade the blinds and add simple cleaning routines check after checkouts to ensure better appearance for guest.

Was disappointed with the entrance didn’t like the carpet, the door way was filthy.

The internal (rooms and bathrooms),had a lovely feel. The amenities were easy to use.

The stairs and lifts were dirty and smelly. It was hard work to access the key to the apartment and the instructions and gate wasn’t clear. The beds didn’t seem very clean either.

The property had lovely interior, and felt very comfortable. Neighbours were quiet and we also had people helps us in too who were friendly! Owner gave great instructions to explain how to get in and to the apartment, felt welcoming
