The property was clean, in a great location, it had everything we needed, the beds were really comfortable and the extras such as drinks in the fridge and tea and coffee was a nice added bonus. A home away from home, great towels too.

The area felt a bit unsafe on a night with kids on motorcycles and car driving as fast as they could.

The property was in a great location and very clean and tidy. The beds were comfy and great to have a downstairs toilet and bathroom upstairs. All the facilities were great and decor was nice!

It would have been helpful to have some tea towels to dry plates and cutlery. The kitchen window handle/lock was damaged and once you opened it you couldn’t easily shut it. A manual for the heating, oven etc would be helpful as it was quite warm in the night and we didn’t know how to turn heating off. The hot water in the bathroom went off whilst I was in the shower but I was the 4th person to use it. Despite the above comments (only to help, not complaining at all) we would definitely stay again and extremely enjoyed our stay!

We liked the fresh contemporary decor and large kitchen table which was useful for working on. Great being able to park outside. Convenient location with the option of walking into town along the canal towpath.

It would have been useful to have a folder containing useful information about how everything worked, although Muhammad was very quick to respond to our enquiries. We had difficulty getting in to the property due to an unfamiliar digital keypad system and annoying alarm. Instructions prior to arrival would have avoided this. All was well once Muhammad provided a key fob. To be fair, we were some of the first people to stay at the property so there were bound to be a few teething problems. We found the plug-in artificial 'air fresheners' sickly and totally unnecessary. Would prefer natural essential oils.

We could have done with a house manual thing to speed up how the place worked and some top tips for local restaurants.
