Everything! Lovely clean fresh home, nicely decorated to modern standards. Nice soft carpets upstairs. Lovely crisp white linen and matching throws cushions and decor, simple but really impressive. My children 10, 11 & 12 all said it was really nice and the girls couldn't decide which bedroom to choose. I'm sure I heard the words it's better than home once!

Hard to find anything I didnt like. The mattress was very firm which wasn't to my own personal taste but I don't feel that's a justified reason to say I didnt like the property.

Great value and location, Spotless and quiet location.

The host was very welcoming and helpful with excellent communication leading up to the stay and throughout. The house is beatifully presented and well furnished. We had everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect fit Turfmoor football ground and the cricket club, as well as other amenities which we sadly didn't have time to explore. Access to the house was easy via the coded security lock which had a unique code for our stay, so was very secure so there is no messing about with keys and key safes. Good, safe parking on front drive.

Everything was great, so we had no complaints. If I were going up improve anything, I would add a dishwasher but we managed without it.

Nothing

The standard of the property was excellent, especially the generous proportions of the rooms. It was absolutely perfect for our short stay and was exceptional value for money when compared with alternative very pricey properties as a base to explore surrounding very pretty villages or go to the football. You may have to drive a short distance to get to the Lancashire or Yorkshire Moors, and the view isn't up to much BUT the cost and the facilities more than make up for it.

The memory foam pillows were rock hard. As a family we recommend replacing them with softer alternatives. My favourites are bamboo, and they are great for the environment.
