"Nice apartment, poor location"

Apartment was good, shower good, TVs only worked with Roku - OK but would have helped to know in advance

Location - I arrived late at night and the location is very rough and ready, borderline scary. OK for me by myself, but I would not be comfortable bringing my wife and or kids. I would not recommend to female colleagues travelling alone to Birmingham for work because of the location.

From booking online..how quick the process of security checks passed and verified..customer services when contacted on phone..very professional..easy to talk too. Loved my guy. Who answered all questions and asked if everything was OK.. free parking directly outside. .everything you required..even batteries in drawer..PlayStation..all channels provided without logging in and using your own details..access straight away to Netflix channel 5..etc..very very clean..heating ..beds baby travel cot .so much more.. ice in freezer. View was outstanding..fans in each room..all top of the range items ..my grandson Loved how the flow of the penthouse..we are so.sad that we had to leave..everything was perfect..love the ring camera to check in..this is my new home from home pad..returning Christmas time to do a bit of shopping..thank you for looking after us xx

Nothing to do with penthouse..but.. one way systems due to roadworks..my sat nav kept rerouting us..

Lovely, cute little apartment on top floor. Can see city lights at a distance. Host was contactable easily.

Limited parking. A lot of construction going on outside for new development of properties.

The flat was very clean and ready on arrival. Building OK.

Location is out of town in area undergoing extensive building work. Flat front door didn't work very well, took 10 minutes to get in! Flat was VERY hot (although fans provided). Pre arrival seemed very excessive, having to sign rental agreement. Problems with their third party platform so encouraged to email ID. We found a solution about the ID but this really put us off.
