Penthouse - Amazing City Skyline Views - Free Parking - Balcony - Utilita Arena - New St Station - Bullring Shopping

It was very clean inside the apartment. Everything you need was there and all functioning. Great views across to the centre of Birmingham. Well placed for the nightlife of the Digbeth area.

Area is a bit run down and ‘edgy’. Some people might like that but I didn’t. The public areas of the building are a bit shabby. Apartment a bit clinical and not super comfortable. None of this is very welcoming. Would not want to spend a lot of time there but probably not its purpose. Just a place to sleep and fine for that. The company who run it were great on communication but I didn’t like having to prove who I was by sending copies of my ID. That made me feel unsure what the info was being used for…nearly cancelled at that point.

Very spacious and clean.

The front looked very unkept and had a strong smell. Although it was only a fifteen minute walk into Birmingham, some areas weren’t great to be walking back through with little ones.

not very good value for money. A bit pricey. Also had a family bereavement and was told I could not have a refund. Very disappointing.

We stayed here for a concert in the arena .. location was brilliant for the bullring shopping centre& arena . Walking distance for shopping and short 15 Uber ride to the arena. Good communication with Brad the owner extremely clean well equipped had milk Ready in the fridge for us clean towels etc lovely views
