The flat is walking distance to the city centre

The lift didn’t work to the fifth floor we were told about this by the agent .The outside area needed cleaning but this was dealt with by the agent

Great apartment, comfortably accommodated 4 of us, about a mile from city centre so well situated Hosts communicated clear, friendly, and detailed instructions for location and accessibility and were on hand if any issues

Property was clean and modern, thank you for the milk to make a cuppa! Much appreciated Free parking was a bonus. Perfect for one/two night stays. Comfy beds too

The location was really great very close to the city center. My son enjoyed the PlayStation 4 . It was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the day we checked out the Left was out of order.

The property was comfortable, good size ,good views but stunning at night when the city was lit up, slight issue which was dealt with quickly, great communication. A 15 mins walk to the Bullring, taxis accessible and reasonable. Great to give feedback and it be taken on board and acted on.

Building work going on across the road which is out of owners control .

Positive, the WiFi worked well, and the host's instructions were clear. Parking arrangements were also satisfactory. However, these were overshadowed by several shortcomings in the penthouse itself.

Upon arrival at the building, we were greeted with an unlocked entrance, which raised immediate security concerns. The building itself was unkempt, with a pervasive smell of marijuana that extended up to the penthouse on the 5th floor, tainting our entire stay. Despite booking a penthouse with high expectations, the reality fell short. The interior was far from luxurious; everything felt old and dated. The beds were uncomfortable, with worn-out bedding and flat pillows that did not provide a restful sleep. The bathroom, although manageable, had issues such as a non-functional bin and a persistent unpleasant odor. The living area was cramped for four people, lacking adequate sofa space. Moreover, the promised views turned out to be misleading; instead of a scenic skyline, we were faced with a view of a construction site (attached picture). In conclusion, this penthouse stay did not meet our expectations and certainly did not justify its cost. The issues with cleanliness, comfort, and misrepresented views were significant drawbacks. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this accommodation for anyone seeking a pleasant and value-for-money stay.
