The size of the place was good. Good shower. Fireplace.

Host gave his political opinion that we didn’t ask for or want to hear. Large dogs on property not mentioned in description. Dog ran out and scared us. Neighborhood has a lot of addicts and is unsafe. Can only eat / drink at table not by the TV. Religious quite when you walk in and bible in living room table. We wanted to leave immediately but couldn’t afford to lose our payment.

It’s a lovely historic building. And It’s a 10 minute drive to the Culinary Institute of America. So it’s very good location.

The dogs were barking while we were trying to sleep and the owner could be heard yelling at them to stop all through the night.

Nice homely feel and interesting period decor. This apartment and the area it is in has a lot of character. Well set up with full kitchen and laundry facilities.

Additional local tax was charged at the property which we did not expect. This extra cost needs to be made clear to prospective customers before they book.
