It is quiet and clean. Effective response rate of owner. It is like home away from home. It has everything you need.

Everything is perfect. The host Kelvin is so gentle. All you basically need is to just to pack your bags and book this fantastic place. I had so many memorable moments. My best experience so far was visiting Accra for the 4th time.

Some guests worship differently. I understand we have cultural differences but they can minimize the loud songs they play during their worship to respect the privacy of other guests.

Positive: OMG! Amazing view of the heart of Accra with spectacular sea view and maritime activities. Clean apartment with well labeled items. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Kelvin, manager of the place, always a phone away for issues and questions that comes up.

Adjacent construction work was a nuisance and irritating for my long stay (28 days). Work sometimes done deep in the night. Bed and closet too small for two due to bedroom size.

No instructions on who i am supposed to meet to pay. Had to ask the cleaners to find who that person is since lack of clear instructions on who i should be paying to. Should just accept payments through the booking plateform instead of having to pay via bank transfer abroad. The apartment cleaning was completed 2 hours later than the checking time and had the wet towels and bed sheets overnight.

The accommodation was comfy and neat, from the outside to the inside

I wasn't oriented properly before I arrived. I didn't know what to expect, I had no idea I needed a card to use the lift when going into the apartment. I suggest guests should be aware in advance what to expect. I was also told there was no parking slot for the apartment, don't know how true it is.
