Staff was excellent and the hotel room was nice. Had a free happy hour and a fire pit. Breakfast was really good too.

The only 2 problems we had were the shower had no pressure on the water and the TV never really worked.

Im not a fan of memory foam mattress. Other than that I was very nice. Clean room. Wonderful staff. Pretty decent breakfast. Location was only minutes from downtown Blue Ridge.

Location was great Fire pit area was nice and beautiful . Enjoyed watching the lightning bugs Breakfast was fantastic

Had to slam the front door to close it. Bathroom door dragged on the floor. Water pressure was so bad I didn’t even try to shower I did a PTA instead.

The Staff was great, the breakfast was very good.

If we have to pick a dislike it would be the wifi. Some rooms may have had good wifi. However ours was almost non existent.
