Cockroach at entrance to room. Air conditioner was loud and could only be turned off by pulling the cord. Three flights of stairs for Florida senior citizens. We were told there was just a few steps. They promised to print a receipt at the door. Never got it. Also couldn't get a paper receipt in the morning. We later received a text receipt with a higher amount than we were quoted

Staff was very friendly.Location was a 5 minute ride to where we were going.Clean.

It was dated.Bed was not good by the 3rd night.

We enjoyed breakfast the office lady was fantastic Travis was very helpful too our door wouldn't open we got wrong code the air conditioner smelled moldy the beds were acceptable the shower was nice.the property was what i expected for the price

Even though improvements are trying to be made little by little the do it themselves is really working. Wide angle pictures make the rooms look nicer than they are.

Rooms run down. Have fire pit that you have to buy wood for. Happy Hour is a cooler basket with Miller Lite in the can and two different bag in the box wines. Sign on counter saying on 2 beers or glasses of wine per person. Would have like to seen someone from the staff actually apart of the happy hour. Not a dark room In the back with no real lights on except sun coming in the windows.

The staff was excellent! When I called a couple of times with questions, a real person answered the phone! Everyone was very personable and welcoming! It was a great location only minutes from downtown Blue Ridge.
