Condo in Gatlinburg very peaceful - 10 min Walk to Main Strip

Location only 10 minutes. Quiet. Bears in the rear in woods, but protected by walkway rail.

Soap, shampoo, were inadequate; NO tissues

close to downtown.

not enough seating area on the patio and disappointing in the view and no pool towels available for use

The are was reasonably quiet.

The front desk was unattended and closed. You had to enter through the pool area to get into the property to access the elevator and we had to send messages in order to contact someone. The elevator could stand to be updated and one of the bathtubs did not drain while showering, you had to shower in standing water up to above your ankles. When the issue was brought to the attention of our contact the morning after we arrived, they said they would have someone try some Drano to see if would help but they never came to address the issue. I asked how we could get a few extra towels because one of ours fell into the non-draining tub (which became saturated) and we never received a response. The unit was nice, but I do not think I will return or recommend, due to the lack of presence at the front desk and lack of interest to fix the non-draining tub,

The cozy condo that was close to everything.

Everything was great except for the people above us kept making lots of noise. Group of young boys. Had nothing to do with the room though.

We loved it . Beautiful room great location very close to downtown strip .Beds were very comfortable well decorated feels like home away from home .Clean rooms and bathrooms plus thank you for putting extra pillows & sheets . We really enjoy our short Spring break vacations.As a bonus we saw a very extra wild visitor from the balcony we love it .We normally rent a cabin this is our first time rent a condo room and you didn’t disappoint us .We will surely comeback here again .Superb !
