Belfast City - 3 Bedroom Cosy Home - Walking Distance to City

Plenty of room to fit our 2 little families with small babies for 3 days. Mattress and pillows were very comfy. Great heating.

No tea towels for washing up dishes. No pressure out of the shower hose. Only one black bag in the bin for 3 days no spear. Only one out of two keys in the lockbox for the front door. House overall needs a bit of tlc.

Just to let future visitors know, the place is basic. It's good value for Belfast. So don't expect any extra.

Home from home, loved this property. Spacious, warm shower, comfortable beds, what's not to like 😊 Host (Joe) kept in contact from start to finish & nothing was too much trouble. Dirty Onion, good recommendation thanks Joe 👍 On a quiet street with polite neighbours who stopped to say hi 👋 Good Location, close to the centre of Belfast, supermarket literally around the corner & a pub at the end of the street which was great to call in for a Guinness & a sing a long. Was able to park the car right outside the house & free which is rare. We were over visiting friends & we've loved every minute, Would definitely return, maybe without the kids so there's no arguing over who gets the attic room.

Good stay overall. The location is very convenient, walking distance to the city centre and also close to a bus stop, which made getting around easy. The house is spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, so it worked well for our group. The living area is comfortable and the place had everything we needed for a short stay. Check-in was straightforward and communication was fine. Good value for money if you’re travelling with friends or family. Would stay again.

Great location, shops near by to grab stuff. Beds comfortable.

No glasses, no tea towels , the grill wasnt working, crumbs and crisps under settee in front room. Stains on the bed in the loft. It wasnt up to cleaning standards.

The home had the basics of what was needed, beds were clean fridge was clean and the street was very quiet and felt safe, kitchen was a good size as were 2 of the 3 bedrooms, heating very easy to use.

Location is in walking distance to the town but a good 30-40 mins, there was a total of 3 glasses in the kitchen, hob was rusty so we didn't use it, only 5 dinning chairs with one chair you couldn't use, half a roll of loo paper and no hand soap. Shower barely usable and a wet dirty cloth left on the stairs with a bottle of washing up liquid leaving me to believe thats what had been used to clean with, while the bed sheets were clean one of the beds had a big dip in one side, home very dated compared to the photos.

Perfect place for a weekend , and the host Joe was very accommodating especially when asking for a late check out on short notice , Joe had no problem and replied swiftly to ensure our late check out was confirmed. Would reccomend

Everything was easy. The directions to get to the property and heat the house were abundantly clear, plenty of street parking, quiet neighborhood, extremely comfortable beds and a wonderful clean apartment. Everything we needed. Thank you so much!!

Everything was great. No complaints here!

There was empty bottle of soap in bathroom sink. All dirty bedsheets and blankets are in a cupborad .. its a bit smelly. Bedsheets on bed are not properly cleaned or washed. The mattress was also not comfortable for family members. I request for a fan but they didn’t provide . Its a bit noisy in night time from neighbourhood Shower place had no curtain .. when we take showe , all water goes out and all floor become wet .. the lihht bulb in one room was not working
