Cleanliness,

Top bedroom with scarry access to, water which was off for a longer time,1 bedroom was just a base hard to sleep, air condition which was fixed in our present just that we pushed them to fix.

Good location, clean, everything you need and more was in the flat

No remote for the tv or dvd, so the tv was worthless and no-one could resolve this, we were traveling with a 2 year old and it would have helped with his entertainment

Well situated

We had no water for the whole day.we had to go to Wild Coast to use toilet. Water only came on at 6.pm probably a once off problem

Nobody was at the address given which is actually a filling station and we could not make contact with the owner to arrange keys. Eventually gave up and left. Very disappointing customer service on behalf of the owners.
