Clock Tower Suite - Central - Near Sea and Shops

Lovely property with great variety of facilities. Very clean and modern. The a host was great, very friendly and quick with replies leading up to and throughout our stay. Property was in a good location, very central and close to everything. Would stay again. 😊

I liked that the bathroom facilities were nice and clean to the standard you'd expect at a hotel, the cooking facilities were good and there was a decent t supply of crockery, cutlery and towels.

I didn't like the description of this as advertised. Poor communication in advertising not saying what room or floor the apartment was so I had to call to clarify, the person was helpful so by no means can I fault him. But would have saves a lot of bother of the collection of the keys was communicated accurately and the location of the apartment. Some of us who have not much experience of booking these accommodations for a family of 4 adults expected sufficient bedding. Not like 2 beds and 2 grown adults supposed to be squashed into a sofa bed. Not sure how that could be classed as suitable for 4 adults. Overall considering the price I would have expected 4 single beds for 4 adults as I booked it with 2 elderly parents in mind and me and my Sister. Far from great value for money and the ratings didn't match the end experience.

Location is excellent. Near the High street,but still very quiet. Kitchen facilities is good. We made simple breakfast.. Laundry machine is handy

The hot water facilities is ok

The location was perfect in terms of getting to and from for our concert. The decor was fresh and inviting. There wasn’t much noise as it was off the main road.

The size of the bathroom would be the only real issue as it is not made for anyone over 6ft tall!
