Upon check in the place was unclean, so many roaches. We are pcks of 10 and they only have 4towels available. Mold on bedroom due to leakage on the ceiling. You have to pay extra 100 per head if you go swimming. Pool us not ckean iether

The location is good, room space is good for 4-6 pax , easy check in process,

Unresponsive staff when we reached out about the connection, does not answer phone calls, foul smell in the living room, uncomfortable bed (sofa bed) we had to put down one of the foam from the bunk bed and put it on top of sofa bed , no wifi ( contrary on how it was advertised, also we had to keep the rooms door open because the AC isn’t functioning well especially on the smaller room.

The property is infested with cockroaches The kettle, washing machine are not functional. It’s hard to sleep due to crawling cockroaches, cant store food. The sofa is too old the nails under the foam is protruding.

We paid but did not end up staying in this place, We arrived at midnight from Australia, and we could not let our kids stay on this property. We asked for a refund and didn't get a refund 😕 despite many email attempts to the property and to booking.com The place was infested with cockroaches and a covered broken window on a high floor. There was no safety and no comfort in this property.

Very glaring - Host very unresponsive despite our concerns: 1. Unit was so dirty, thick dust, hair everywhere, bedsheets and towels were not fresh 2. Amenities not functioning, no wifi, electricity comes on and off, appliances not working, busted light at toilet, shower leaking 3. Cockroaches everywhere, very detrimental to our health 4. Customer service no update regarding our report DO NOT BOOK THIS UNIT.

Location very accessible to BGC high street & plenty of shops around area.

Caretaker not very accommodating , shower has no heater, broken furnitures not replaced , incomplete kitchen equipments - no kettle for morning coffee. WiFi not working well 😑

There was free wifi and security for the building.

There were ROACHES and BEDBUGS everywhere. There was a roach nest in the shower curtain and black mold in the bathroom. The bathrooms were wet, and soap scum was in the shower holder.
