Place wasn't clean didn't stay booked into a hotel around the corner

Great location and huge bonus that it comes with a parking space.

It would have been nice to have been given more than one towel as our booking was for two people.

The apartment was very run down, in desperate need of some TLC and quite grubby, especially the paintwork and floorboards, some of which are loose and have holes in. Looks like it hasn't been decorated or maintained for a very long time. Made to look good in the Booking.com photos. Certainly not what we were led to expect, you wouldn't want to walk around barefoot. Extractor fan in bathroom not working. Room fan covered in dust. Dining chairs completely perished. Sofa too uncomfortable to sit on. I could go on but wouldn't want to be called a "Karen" again by the owner. We tried to contact him on 5 or 6 occasions, only managed once when keyless entry into the building was broken and we couldn't get in. This was not fixed during our stay so door to building was left open. Light on stairs to apartment not working.

No info from the owner as to how to get into the property

Very cold central heating did not work 1 small heater to heat whole apartment other heater did not work paying £45 for cleaning paint work around windows was filthy half the lights did not work over all it was a dirty bed sit kitchen was very nice

It took over an hour to get in as the codes weren’t working, then had to travel down to the basement precariously to the basement door then up three flights of stairs, not a great start, the bed was too low but not a lot to be honest

Getting into the room less than an hour would have been nice. Lighting would have been nice. Cutlery stuck to the drawers could have been better, clean linen on the bed would have been nice. This place was a disaster for the price

Great location near to bus stops and shops. Good car parking space at the front of the building. Kitchen was well equipped. Good heating and hot water! The flat was on the first floor of a lovely victorian house with period features.

The window in the bedroom was rattling as didn't fit properly, so as it was very windy on our visit it was nuisance. The bathroom was small and only had 1 towel. The lighting was poor throughout the flat.

Entrance was filthy. Front door handle hanging off. Heating was sporadic. Damp around front and bedroom windows. Damp in corner to the left of the fireplace.seating was shocking. Bed uncomfortable. Lighting was sporadic. The bed was uncomfortable and there was a great deal of grime on top of the lampshade above bed.
