Spacious and convenient

The radiators didn’t work, the bathroom sink plug was stuck and some of the crockery was dirty

Lovely location near bus route into town , lovely decor, great bed , nice shower room .

Sofa a bit sad , towels tiny , cutlery cheap

Location

It wasn’t cleaned properly. Wire hanging out of the wall when you open the front door looks dangerous. Linen and towels are ancient and grubby. Light in bedroom keeps flashing. The whole place generally is dirty and uncomfortable.

Great location and lots of space

The heating or electric radiator didn’t work and no instructors on how to use them, the evenings were very very cold. Issues with parking and someone else parked in our space on arrival, which then meant we parked elsewhere (agreed with host) and snotty note left on our car.

when me and my partner first arrived, the room was a mess. It hadn’t been cleaned from the last person. There were dirty dishes everywhere, the bed hadn’t been cleaned and spoiled milk had been left out; smelling the room out. I called up the host who moved us into a different room for the night and told me he’d reimburse the difference for that night. We kept going with our holiday. When the morning came, the cleaners just walked into our room while me and my partner weren’t even fully dressed. He hadn’t informed the cleaners we’d be staying in that room, however they were absolutely lovely and very polite + apologetic. We hurried to get ready and changed and swapped rooms for the rest of our stay. When we left, everything was fine. I asked the man about the reimbursement and how it’d work and he blocked my number.
