9 Modern Classic - Spacious One Bed Apartment - Great Location - Free onsite Parking - Comfy Bed

Beautiful period property in a fantastic location. The property was very clean and extremely comfortable. Proximity to the bars, restaurants, shops and the beach was great! Added bonus was the off street private free parking. Easy check-in process too. Would definitely recommend.

Property in lovely area. Historic building. Parking availability is a big big plus. Apartment very well laid out. Well decorated.

Unfortunately looked like previous occupants had left rubbish under the settee, that had been missed during cleaning. Some of the lighting was quite weak or didn’t work. Would certainly benefit from a welcome back, showing how appliances, heating, hot water work. Could also include suggestions for takeaways and local buses, etc.

Brilliant location and parking space was so handy. Short walk to the seafront and a nice walk into the city centre. Easy to book and good communication before arrival.

A little tired, lights not all working and cleanliness could have been better. However for accommodating such a last minute instant booking I can’t be too picky.

Thank you. We really had a great weekend. The apartment was better than we expected, very spacious it had everything we needed and more. The comfy bed was hard to get out of in the morning, definitely 10/10, then the en suite shower it was just Wow. Lastly the car park space made our stay even better knowing we didn't have to worry about permits, etc.Thank you for providing such an excellent property to let. We will be back, and we will recommend this property and its wonderful location. Thank you 😊

There was nothing not to like. It was outstanding and we can't wait to return.

The parking

Everything else. Heating did not work, bed broken, dirty flat.

The double bed appeared broken at the bottom right as it sagged in this area.

Very convenient position and easy parking. Warm and comfortable living space.

Would have benefitted from a microwave and additional cooking utensils eg a baking tray. Bathroom was too hot with an electric towel rail that we couldn’t find the switch to turn off.

The location is great and the parking is incredibly helpful when visiting Brighton. The accommodation is in an impressive old building that would have been beautiful in its day. The apartment is spacious.

The apartment has seen better days. Many lights/fixtures did not work and the place generally has a run down feel. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain, no control over the heating etc etc. Never the less the place is spacious and has potential to be beautiful. Communication with host was frosty and uncommunicative. When we reported that the kettle was in such poor quality it had disintegrated inside when boiling he asked for pictures then told us to leave it for the cleaner. No offer to assist or apology. The little things do matter!

Good location with advantage of parking. Very modern with good facilities.

If we had to find a negative there is some traffic noise early in the morning as it’s on a main road
