"Lovely place"

This studio was perfect for 2 people, it felt really spacious. The location was perfect for us . It is a beautiful place to stay so easy to walk to the front and into hove

Nothing really but keep an eye on your ceramic hob as there is a large crack

"Stylish and central location"

Great location close to restaurants. On sight parking. Stylish appartement in lovely mansion block. Much to like!

Unfortunately we experienced problems with the heating and the appartement was cold. Lighting was inadequate due to malfunctioning strip lights under kitchen cupboards and missing bulbs which made the appartement very gloomy

"Horrible room, Horrible Man and overpriced!"

The room was filthy and the bed was extremely unclean (Marks all over the covers). Luke was rude about the whole situation and even accused me of trying to 'scam' him out of his money after I expressed my unhappiness about the room and left after just <30 mins. I actually lost money having to book another room to make sure my trip wasn't ruined. Lastly the room is a waste of money and you can book into the Leonardo Royal Hotel located in the lanes, overlooking the beach for the SAME PRICE!!! I will never stay at another property owned by Luke ever again. Overpriced, Dirty and rude...

It had a cosy feel at night to watch Netflix, Wi-Fi works well

We arrived 45 minutes after check in and the cleaners were still in our room, laughing and joking around. The fridge was filthy, there was crumbs from the toaster, the pots and pans were dirty, there wasn’t any essentials such as kitchen roll or stuff like salt and pepper. As well as this, there was only one kitchen towel and no detergent to clean it in the washing machine. Our bed sheets had not been changed and smelt of other people. The hot water ran out after about 7 minutes and the towel had bleach on it

Trendy, well decorated apartment, great location near some lovely bars/pubs in Hove, enjoyable walk along the sea front to Brighton, parking space is a real bonus.
