Lovely homely feel too the caravan

property is as described, it was spacious and had a nice patio where kids could play and dog stay safely, the parking is super close and the green area right next to the caravan so also great for kids playing. The amount of rooms were perfect, everyone had their privacy as I traveled with a friend who has two kids, boy and a girl... I loved that the double bedroom had an en suite toilet and sink as well. Central heating was handy at night.

Our code to the box didn't work, the central heating wasn't connected but both issues got resolved quickly after we called the contact number. Just a little nuisence but nothing that would stop us from coming back. Also there was no vaccum even though the advert is showing one.. meant we had to use brush on the carpet as the grass outside was freshly cut and it easily dragged inside even if we took the shoes off

Very modern van with central heating, plenty of room in living room/kitchen area.

Main bed mattress was hard and a bit uncomfortable. Van windows and decking could have been cleaner on outside green in areas. We paid extra for 2x single beddings they smelt as if they dried wet but made contact with owner and they brought new within a hour or so very good on sorting out 👍🏼

The haven site was nice

The caravan we stayed in was double booked. We turned up on time and someone else was in there with 2 babies. Haven staff knew nothing about us coming it took hours to get hold of the person who was managing the caravan to be told they had made a mistake on the booking and the people in there at the moment will have to leave. It was raining quite bad and we was told by haven to use one of there restaurants to wait costing us £19 for 3 drinks! We eventually got into the caravan around 6pm when we was supposed to checkin at 2pm! To find the whole caravan extremely dirty! All carpets had food and dirt all over them, the worktops, oven and hob was full of crumbs and dirt. It stunk of pizza the whole time we was there. There was chocolate wrappers behind the cushions in the living area and food stains on the seats. The shower room was wet and not been cleaned we found dirty razors in the bathroom cabinet with other stuff left by the people who was in before us. The beds were filthy with hair and dry skin on them and other bits of stuff on them! There was no hoovers to clean this mess left for us so we had to live in someone else's dirt that had been left everywhere, it was disgusting! Their was also no toilet rolls and the toilets were dirty which had also not been cleaned!

Everthing location caravan was spotless bed very comfortable, shower very powerful.we definetly would recommend,and will be 100% be returning for a Weekend
