Friendly front desk staff

I was there three days and they didn't clean my room. So first day good second day they don't clean cool but that third day yes. So in there defense they did knock. But that was early in the morning. I was also on the first floor. They should swing back around after the first time just to see. So when I got back from brunch I called to see if they can take out the trash and towels. After I called I went to the pool for a few hours. I got back into my room same way so I took a shower. After the shower I put the trash cans and towels outside of the door. And there was more towels in a bag by my door so I guess they tried again when I was in the shower.

Stay was nice but receptionist wasn’t there to check me in and get my key. Had to wait an hour for someone to show up

This is the second time that we have stayed there and both times were excellent wonderful and very comfortable. It was easy to check in. They were very friendly and very obliging. Staff is very helpful.

Everything was good until we went to bed. The comforting smell of someone's order.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was as expected and clean, but I was charged twice for our stay. Once by Expedia and once by the hotel itself. I was refunded but not until the following week. As for the location, my truck was missing the driver side door handle the next morning. Guess I should be thankful I still have a truck.

I was in town for four days for work. The room was huge, the gym was great, and the staff was great. The only negative was the breakfast. It was bad, but luckily, there were plenty of options around the property.

Location was great and the entire facility is nice. Just like the pictures.
